Data e jogos indicados para o The Game Awards foram divulgados

Geoff Keighley, responsável pelo evendo The Game Awards, anunciou que a edição de 2024 do evento irá ocorrer no dia 12 de Dezembro e divulgou todas as categorias e os jogos concorrentes.

Embora grandes jogos exclusivos para Nintendo Switch tenham sido lançados esse ano como The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom e Mario & Luigi: Brothership, a Nintendo não teve nenhum jogo indicado ao prêmio principal. Já nas demais categorias, a Nintendo concorre em melhor jogo de ação/aventura, melhor jogo para a família e melhor jogo multijogador.
